Rajit has been around cricket set up all his life. As a player, he played junior level cricket for his state Punjab in India and also represented his college & University teams. The passion for the game continued even after moving to the United States in the year 1992.
Rajit now owns Baltimore Royals, a semi-professional team in the Minor League Cricket League and also owns two cricket clubs in the DMV area – Potomac Cricket & Sports Club and Columbia Cricket Club. He also owns a team in Punjab T20 league in India in the Shere Punjab Trophy tournament in India.
Rajit started Columbia Cricket & Cricket Academy in 2022 and then acquired a stake in SSCA Academy in 2024 to form BRSS. As an owner and administrator, Rajit’s heart is into giving back to the game he has loved all his life. The vision and dream is to see Cricket flourish at the youth level in the DMV area and also provide professional coaching, training, and opportunities to the youth to succeed at the highest level.
Rajit is also the owner of Intersoft Data Labs, an IT services company based in Columbia, MD with offshore center in Gurgaon, India.

One of the best coaches in the country, Sunny is a Former First Class Player who represented India Under 19, played for the USA National team and played IPL for 3 teams – Deccan Chargers, Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Major League Player and Batting Coach
A current Major League player, Obus represented South Africa Under 19 team and played for Free State in the South African domestic cricket circuit. Currently, he is playing for Washington Freedom and Baltimore Royals in the Major League and Minor League competition respectively.
Bowling Coach
A former India fast bowler, Gagandeep played first class cricket for Punjab and also represented Kings XI Punjab in IPL. He took close to 325 wickets in his career. Gagandeep is a certified Level 2 coach and has moved to the USA permanently.

“Ladda” has played professional cricket for almost 17 years. A Mercurial leg spinner, Ladda has played IPL for three teams including Kolkata Knight Riders, Gujrat Lions and Delhi Dare Devils. In 2023, his team Mumbai Indians NY won the Major League Championship and most recently he played Legends league for Gujrat Giants
Batting Coach
A US citizen, and an upcoming cricketer, Kunwarjeet Singh played junior level cricket in Punjab. Since his relocation to the US, Kunwar played for the Baltimore Royals team and is looking to play in the Major League and for the USA National team.
Certified ICC Level 1 Coach
A certified ICC Level 1 coach, Neil played junior cricket in Mumbai and also ran his cricket Academy – Elevate Cricket Academy. He is a full-time coach at BRSS since his relocation to the US.
Assistant Coach
A prolific scorer in the local leagues in the Washinton DC area leagues, Sahil enjoys coaching young kids at the Academy. A product of Delhi Cricket, Sahil aspires to be a full-time coach and is studying to clear Level 1 Coaching Course
A brilliant Left-handed Batsman
Ravi has played First Class Cricket in India. He also represented the India Green and Blue teams in the NKP Salve trophy. A keen student of the game, Ravi has immersed himself in the world of coaching. He is a batting coach at the BRSS Academy.
Bowling Coach
One of the best fast bowlers the world has seen, Asif played for Pakistan National team. He is currently settled in the US and fully devoted to developing the next generation of fast bowlers.
